PLEASE PRAY FOR THIS BRAVE FRIEND
Sometimes the things we only see in movies or hear about on the news can happen in an instant.
Over the weekend, a family’s friend suffered a serious spinal cord injury after diving into a swimming pool and hitting his head.
Thankfully, he received emergency medical care and underwent urgent spinal surgery.
His family says the surgery helped prevent an even more serious outcome, and today he is able to move his arms and legs.
He is still experiencing significant pain and is working hard to regain movement and strength in his fingers.
His loved ones say the entire experience still feels unreal, but they are incredibly grateful for the emergency responders, medical team, and everyone who helped him through those frightening moments.
Please pray for him.
Pray for continued healing of his spinal cord and body.
Pray for strength and progress during rehabilitation.
Pray that his pain becomes more manageable.
Pray for his doctors, therapists, family, and friends supporting him through recovery.
And most of all, pray that he continues making progress toward regaining as much movement and independence as possible.
Please leave him a prayer and some encouragement as he begins this difficult road to recovery.
