From her very first breath, baby Juliette needed medical support to help her breathe.

Born weighing just over 5 pounds, she entered the world facing a rare condition that affects facial development. Doctors diagnosed her with Treacher Collins syndrome, a congenital disorder that impacts the growth of facial bones and soft tissues.

The condition left Juliette with a significantly underdeveloped lower jaw, a bilateral cleft lip and palate, and severely underdeveloped external ears. Because of the complexity of her airway, medical teams provided breathing support immediately after birth and have continued to monitor her closely as she grows.

Despite the extraordinary challenges she faces, Juliette is surrounded by the love and determination of her family. Every day brings new steps in her medical journey — from managing her airway to preparing for future surgeries that may help improve her quality of life.

Her story is a powerful reminder of the strength found in the tiniest fighters and the families who stand beside them through every difficulty.
