Nolan Wells Case: Friends Return to Horn Island with Attorneys

Three friends who were with Nolan Wells during the Fourth of July weekend have returned to Horn Island alongside their attorneys as the investigation into the 18-year-old’s death continues to draw national attention.

According to a joint statement released by their legal team, Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour traveled to the Mississippi barrier island to gain a better understanding of the location where Nolan was last seen alive and where he was later found.

Their attorneys, J. Tyler Cox and Edward Andrew Paltzik, said the visit was intended to help them understand the island’s layout and environmental conditions. They emphasized that the group was not conducting an independent investigation or collecting evidence.

Paltzik stated that he wanted to personally see the area as part of his preparation to represent his clients.

The attorneys also issued a public statement expressing their support for the three young men, describing them as innocent and stating that they intend to vigorously defend their clients’ interests.
