15 YEARS OF LIFE, 18 MONTHS BATTLING CANCER — WILL ROBERTS WENT THROUGH A JOURNEY NO ONE WOULD EVER WISH FOR.
2010: Will came into the Roberts family in Alabama. He grew up surrounded by the love of his father Jason, his mother Brittney, his family, and friends, with childhood years that seemed as though they would last much longer.
2024: Everything changed when Will was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Days of playing gradually gave way to hospitals, treatments, and a difficult battle.
The next 18 months: Will and his family never stopped hoping. Even when the disease spread to his brain, the people who loved him remained by his side, holding on to the message: “Faith, not fear.”
July 23, 2025: Will took his final breath at around 12:45 a.m., on his mother’s birthday, at just 15 years old.
Will is gone, but the love for him remains.
