Pomona, California – A 24-year-old woman and her 48-year-old neighbor were found shot to death at an apartment complex, with the woman’s boyfriend later arrested following a dangerous police pursuit.

Veronica Lopez and Robert Brady were killed in what authorities believe was a domestic-related incident. Family members say Lopez was in an abusive relationship and had sought help from Brady, her neighbor, before the shootings.

The suspect, Lopez’s boyfriend, led officers on an erratic, high-speed chase before being taken into custody. Dramatic aerial footage shows law enforcement vehicles surrounding the suspect’s car during the arrest.
